All products are shipped worldwide via UPS / DHL.

We ship to the USA, Canada, Japan, Australia and all european countries. If your country is not on the list feel free to contact us. Average shipping time is 2-4 days (UPS) from the day the order is processed.

Processing Time

Some products are to be assembled and finished after you placed your order. You will be contacted if the products you've ordered needs extra processing time.

Refunds & Exchanges

You can return an item within 14 days at your own expense. The item has to be in its original packaging. We won't take used items back.

Refused packages won't be taken back.

Most apparel items in the Substain Store are hand-made and hand-finished. No product is like the other so slight differences to the photographed products might appear.
